Someone will reach out to you within 24hrs to schedule you an Intake appointment. This appoint will include a diagnostic assessment and the creation of your individualized treatment plan.
Be ready to work with your Licensed Clinician or QMHS on your scheduled visit. Visits will consist of counseling, linking you with services, psycho-education. Relaxation techniques and role play for your reason for service will be practiced.
